While we have several ways to customize products, embroidery is our biggest source of production. We digitize all of our embroidery in-house using the best software and commercial embroidery machines available. More importantly, we are proud to only use Madeira thread for our embroidered products.

Sources for raw goods must hold ISO and/or Oeko-Tex certificates.Dying process reduces water consumption by 60% with acquaZero®process. Water that is used is purified and returned to the environment. In order to reduce emissions, natural gas is used for energy. Heat is recycled from other processes for the thread drying system. Over 4 years, and Madeira has reduced energy consumption by 40%.
One of our goals is to leave a smaller footprint.
We ship a lot of products and are doing our best to improve how we get your items delivered to you and lessen our footprint at the same time. We use companies like Eco-enclose and Elevate packaging for our compostable cellophane packing and recycled, dual use polymailers . We also Mission City Container, our local box company to purchase biodegradable peanuts for the more delicate items we ship.
We are trying to improve our shipping practices and welcome any suggestions from our customers. If we use any plastic, it was already in use as we believe in reusing what is already out there.

We are e-commerce store located in the Texas Hill Country. Our packages are scanned and shipped from the best post office ever, located in Fischer. Depending on the destination, all packages go through Austin or San Antonio.
