How does my order ship? We use USPS First Class Mail (4-8 days) after personalization.

Will the customization (print) last? Yes! These products are UV Printed and made to last for the life of the coasters.

Is it a full color print? This product is printed in one color

Can I see a proof before purchase? With our easy-to-use personalization button right on the listing, you can see exactly what you are ordering! Woo-hoo!

What if I have a hyphenated name? Not a problem! We will send a proof and just ask that you keep your email notifications ‘on’ for approval to ensure there are no delays. Please check your spam folder or notify us if you do not see it within 48 hours of purchase. After that time, we will move ahead with production and shipping.
