When will my engraved soap ship? Soaps are engraved and ship between 2-5 days. Larger orders may take up to 10 days.

How does my order ship? Soaps are wrapped individually to prevent damage during shipping. USPS Priority Mail can take 4-6 days after ship out. 

Will the customization (print) last? Due to the nature of this product, the monogram will fade and eventually wash away with use.

Can I see a proof before purchase? With our easy-to-use personalization button right on the listing, you can see exactly what you are ordering.

Is there a discount if I order multiple soaps? Yes! We offer a discount on orders of 20 or more soaps. We have an even lower cost if they have the same personalization.

What if I have a hyphenated name? Hyphenated names do not work with every monogram font. Please email us for this at admin@thelettergarden.com
