When will my candle set ship? Candle sets ship in 5-7 days.

How does my order ship? We use USPS Priority Mail (4-6 days).

Will the customization (print) last? Yes! These products are UV Printed and made to last for the life of the item.

Is it a full color print? Yes! We print with full color on these products.

Will the design show for an evening wedding? Yes, the pillar candlelight helps emphasize the design in a darker setting.

Can I see a proof before purchase? Due to the volume of orders we have, we only offer digital proofs on request after an order has been placed.

Can I buy each piece separately? Yes, we have separate listings for each item offered.

What if I have a hyphenated name? We can do it! We will send a proof and just ask that you keep your email notifications ‘on’ for approval to ensure there are no delays. 

What if I have a long last name? No problem! However, the name may be a bit smaller to fit on the matchboxes.
